About RTT
Have you spent countless hours, weeks, years, not to mention a fair amount of money, trying therapies or behavioural clubs to boost your confidence, lose weight, free yourself from fears, phobias or addictions? Did you find those processes didn’t work or only achieved short-term results? Has that left you feeling disheartened, discouraged, unmotivated, feeling unfixable? Rapid Transformational Therapy™ can help you.
What is Rapid Transformational Therapy™ ?
Created by award-winning therapist Marisa Peer, RTT™ is a hybrid therapy based on neuroscience that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), & Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT).
RTT delivers extraordinary, permanent change from physical, emotional and psychological pain by reframing our core beliefs, values, habits and emotions that are deep rooted in the subconscious. By rewiring the neural pathways of the brain, we replace out-dated belief systems and negative patterns of thought. New, life-affirming beliefs can then be formed, allowing you to heal and progress to living the life you genuinely want.
"Change the subconscious belief and the behaviour will take care of itself!"
- Marisa Peer
"Every habit of action runs by a habit of thought, therefore your thoughts create your
personal reality"
What makes RTT™ different to other forms of therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a form of neuroscience. It allows the brain neurons to change through a few processes such as direct mental commands, mindful repetition, specific actions and more. It is a practical form of neuroscience that works with the deepest part of your mind.
Working with the subconscious mind is crucial for positive, long-term, effective change as it allows us to find and eradicate the root cause of limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. These beliefs were formed a long time ago, usually before your ability to think rationally formed, and they no longer serve you. Think of it this way – it is most likely that you developed a limiting belief that affects you today at the same time you still believed in Father Christmas!
Hypnosis allows us to quiet the rational mind and get straight to the heart of the issues which are held in the subconscious. By working with the subconscious, RTT delivers unparalleled results, bypassing the need for continuous therapy session. Healing starts from the first session and a large percentage of people can stop there. Very deep-seated trauma can take two but rarely more than three sessions.
Show me the science!!
Hypnosis is the oldest version of psychotherapy. Today, there is a plethora of studies showing its value, with results including:
-
Hypnosis allows a type of dissociation between action and reflection, allowing you to engage in suggested activities without having to devote mental resources
-
Overweight women lost an average of 17 pounds through hypnosis vs the control group who lost an average of 0.5 pounds
-
Hypnosis is twice as effective in quitting smoking than nicotine gum and three times as effective compared to physician intervention or counselling alone.
-
Self-hypnosis is 2.5 times more effective than drugs in reducing the frequency of migraine headaches in children between the ages of six and twelve.
In a nutshell
RTT is designed to give you rapid results through:
Identifying your limiting belief
Finding the root cause of that belief
Creating and installing new empowering beliefs
Releasing that belief from your life

What does the Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session feel like? The experience feels different for different people. Some people feel a floating sensation, some do not. Others may feel sleepy, some do not. Most people feel relaxed and at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective it is. However you feel during your session, you will be amazing by the results!
-
Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis? No! That’s an old wives tale. You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave.
-
How does it work?Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM (rapid eye movement). These brain waves allow you to access your subconscious mind.
-
What if I don’t “go deep” enough?Don’t worry about how deep you go. I want you to forget all about that. I will help you get deeply relaxed and I will show you how. The depth of trance is not linked to results at all. So don’t get stuck on “Am I deep enough?” Just tell yourself the truth – “This is working” and it will absolutely work.
-
What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue? What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know what is holding you back, you see it in a completely new way. Rapid Transformational Therapy allows you to change your perspective and ultimately, change your beliefs. And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected. Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.
-
What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary? If you go back to memories from your life that are tied to negative emotions, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and you are safe. I am with you the entire time to help guide you, consistently reminding you that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. You only have to share what you are comfortable sharing, I simply need to understand how the memory made you feel.
-
When will I start to see changes? There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – every person is different: Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

What is the difference between face-to-face and online sessions?Online sessions are available via Zoom, and this technique is equally as effective as face-to-face sessions. Zoom is a free platform and full instructions will be provided to you when you book your appointment.
-
What if our online session gets disconnected? If our online session gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re very relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and you may open your eyes. Zoom will automatically reconnect our session once the internet is up and running again. Please note, disconnections don’t happen often but are possible on either side.
-
Are all sessions confidential?Absolutely! I take confidentiality very seriously and keep all my client records secure. If you have any questions about how your data is stored, we can discuss them at any time. I will not contact or discuss any aspect of your session with any other specialist including doctors without your written consent, unless I believe you are in danger in which case I am obligated to take share that knowledge. Furthermore, as a Coach, I hold to the code of ethical practice established by the International Coach Federation (ICF). You can access these by clicking the following link: https://coachfederation.org/code-of-ethics

What if I need or want another session?Rapid Transformational Therapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular problem. Depending on how entrenched the behaviour, you may need up to three sessions. Additionally, many clients return for extra RTT sessions to work on other areas of their life. You may also want to receive extra coaching to further integrate the new beliefs and build new positive habits and behaviours into your life. In either case, we can discuss what would be most beneficial and appropriate for you.
